I want to start by saying their website is misleading and the customer service to follow up is very rude and unfair. I placed an order on their website on May 30th. I placed it through the site because it showed the item was in stock meaning the that if I shipped it regular mail it would arrive within a week. I hadn’t received any update so I called and spoke with Keelan Schab who told me I would not receive my item till the 12th of June. I addressed that the site showed in stock and all he said was he understands my frustration and would as someone to fix the site. That does not fix my problem. I asked for faster shipping and he said no because I did not pay for it. He was very unpleasant and did not care about my issue. When I asked for his supervisor he said he is the supervisor and does not have a supervisor over him. He asked if I wanted the item or not. Very rude. This is the first time my company does business with them and am here to say I am livid due to the lies and horrible customer service.
