ILKB in Queensbury welcomes everyone with open arms. It's a clean place with very encouraging instructors. I actually WANT to go workout. It quickly became more of a fun hobby for me rather than something I felt like I needed to do for my health. I'm glad I finally made the decision to go in and try out a class, because it’s something I look forward to everyday.
