The staff at Road runner moving and storage were on time, professional and kept me inform every step of the moving process. The initial call for an estimate was a very pleasant experience. They provided a lot of pointers for packing and staging - effectively showing us how to reduce the cost of the overall move. They accommodated some changes without trouble which meant that they carried some of my furniture to a storage facility for me no problem. On the day of the move, they were so nice about having to move all the heavy furniture that I had. Moving is an incredibly stressful time, and it was a great relief to work with a company that reduced that stress. The final cost was less than the estimate - which is strange for a moving company, all of our stuff was transported, and nothing was damaged.
