I had the worst experience I have ever had with a mammogram at this location. I was greeted by a receptionsist with a full blown cold, which I caught and lost 2 days of work. I am not a sickly person and I never miss work, therefore it was very disconcerting to have a member of a medical facilty working and infecting others. The young ladies that did my mammogram had the worst bedside manner of any health professional I have ever encountered. #1 The techician or the young lady operating the computer duing my mammogram did not speak English to each other in my presence. #2, I explained I had a lot of anxiety over the procedure and I needed a moment to compose myself after the right breast exam pinched my skin and was very painful. My mother died of breast cancer. The techicians response was "we know it is painful but we need to move forward are you ready yet? We are kind of busy today?" I almost walked out! I will wait for the Imperial Point mobile unit next year, rather than put my health care in the hands of such uncaring and infectious people.
