Just had the Mike Stern plumbing come over to repair my clogged garbage disposal. Doug said he would arrive between 3-5, showed up at 3:30, and only took him 5 minutes to make the necessary repairs. No useless up-sells. No BS. He was a complete pro! Will definitely recommend to anyone who needs a great plumber!
