I ordered two pair of compression socks as a Christmas gift in November. (Plenty of time to receive) When I received them, one was used in a package. When I called to complain I was told to submit complaint on line. My response was I have to wait 72 hours before they would tell me if I could send them back. (I had to have permission to send back their mistake) I then received an authorization code with strict instructions on how to send them back AT MY E XPENSE. It's now been 10 days since my delivery confirmation verified that they received them back and they will not respond to me as to when they will provide a replacement. 4 emails have been sent to a direct person in returns with no reponse. When you call they tell you, you have to email returns. Horrible experience. With one day till Christmas, the gift will not be received and I have woirked 10 times harder trying to get their mistake corrected than any other gift. Will NEVER do business with again!
