I called NYC Manhattan Towing and they said 35 minutes for a tire change. 35 minutes later, I got a call saying that they were 5 minutes away. They came quickly and were super friendly. Prices were about what you'd expect, but the service was great. One of the better tow companies. I would highly recommend it!
