Super helpful and was able to show us the numerous parts that failed to function, but due to his great expertise, he just fixed my ac that was not starting up in an hour. Nothing was replaced. It was an awesome way of repair. My unit worked well again. He's also interested in helping us prevent any future issues by giving tips. I strongly recommend this company.
