I sent them 4boxes of One Touch Ultra also and haven't heard anything from them either. When calling the 1-800-766-9122 phone number no live agent answers, you can only leave a message. But since this scam is multi state, I'm giving them another 2 weeks and then I'm notifying the FBI and the USPS Postal Inspectors Office and file a formal complaint. The BBB only takes complaints but doesn't prosecute the owners and/or the workers. These people should be featured on TV American Greed. Maybe they started out doing good, but GREED GOT THE BEST OF THEM. File complaints with the US Postal Service AND WITH the Federal Bureau of Investigations. They must be imprisoned.
