I started taking Collagen Anti-Aging Supplements right away and can notice a difference already. My dry skins on my t-zones are less dry and a friend complimented me the other day saying that they noticed a glow about me. There is no funny taste or after taste so that is a plus. I would definitely recommend these for softer skin.
