Randy contacted me after I emailed him regarding a property. He set up a time with me a few days later to view the property. I arrived 5 minutes early, and he had not yet arrived. I waited 10 minutes and gave him a call.... no answer. I leave a message. I wait another 15 minutes and finally call the Long and Foster office where he works. A lady told me she would try to contact him. After another 10 minutes, I receive a call from Randy saying that he had leased the property a day or so ago. In short, I drove 20 minutes to wait in front of a property for 30 minutes that was ALREADY leased. Randy, did not call or email me to cancel our appointment or inform me that the property was leased. Totally unprofessional. If I did that to any of my clients, I would not have a job. To say the least, I will not be using Randy Bender to sell or help me buy any properties in the future.
