I tried to call the company and get their excellent service for my appliance issue. My problem was about my Viking cooktop not igniting properly. Suddenly, the service technician came on time and asked me questions about my appliance issue. He went straight to his work and fixed it immediately. I was surprised at the way he was concentrating on his job. My unit is now up and running with no issues! I highly recommend the service.
