Art was supposed to fix an oven. Finally after a week he changed the igniter which didn't do anything; then he figured out was the control board, but allegedly he couldn't find it even when was in stock everywhere. Finally he installed the motherboard one month after (I bought it) but up-charged and still charged for the igniter service. Unfortunately I didn't learn my lesson so to save time i used him for a washer service. $50 part and $180 labor. And forget about the $20 discount for additional services. Likely means extra $20....Avoid at all costs, there are better and more honest repairmen out there
