I called them when my alarm went of thinking the worse that my pump was bad and that I had to have it also cleaned out thinking that my bill would be $1200.00 or more. When their service person named Rocky got there he inspected everything and step by step answered all our questions that me and my wife asked all 15 to 20. At the end he evaluated that it was only my float. He called his office and told them to send a tech person to repair it. He then asked if I wanted my tank. I told him to clean it out . I was due to have it done since it was almost 2 years since last it was done. The tech person named Eric replaced the part and everything was done to perfection. Do not call anyone else. If your looking for a honest company that will not take advantage of you and just proved excellent service just call them them and you will happy that you did. I don't think that anyone out there can even come close to how they treat you as a customer. And last but not least it all starts with the women that answer their phones again all pros at their jobs.One more thing Allstate Septic systems is a service company and does not pay their people commissions like other company's do.
ONE MORE THING THAT HOME OWNERS SHOULD KNOW IS THAT ALL OTHER COMPANY'S PAY THEIR TECH PERSONS COMMISSIONS AND YOU WIND UP GETTING CHARGED FOR PARTS YOU DON'T NEED. THAT'S WHAT HAPPENED TO 2 OF MY FRIENDS.
