Sam was great about telling me what necessary things to do to keep the condition of our unit and didn't quote anything unnecessary. I was very appreciative of his help and so happy that he's the assigned technician for home ac repair service. He spent extra time to check everything and even did a testing process for the best assurance of the quality. I couldn't ask for more. He met my expectations.
