My hard drive failed!
I'm a small time business owner and my hard drive failed a couple of days before a big meeting. I tried recovering it but I couldn't get it to work. I contacted customer support right away and next day I had someone looking at it and they recovered all of my important data. The tech guy was really friendly too.
