Loved that they showed up in a mask, and within 2 hrs of me reaching out via email. Their technician was able to help me figure out exactly what I needed to do quickly and CHEAPLY.When it comes to repairs, i'm the type who likes to understand what the issue is versus just paying for the service. TLC Irrigation did a great job explaining things to me. Overall, good customer service. Definitely will be reaching out again for future jobs!
