I would not recommend using Premier Beverage Service. We scheduled an appointment 6 weeks in advance, closed our shop to drive our machine 2 hrs up to them. They have 3 techs one was out so apparently the other two could not work on our machine, even though we were just waiting in Boise for them to finish. Owner made no attempts to correct their inadequate service, and pretty much told us its not my problem. They cost us money and never did one lick of work on our machine. The Owner is horrible and apparently has enough business that she doesn't need to provide ANY customer service to any new customers. I suggest getting your neighbor who has no experience work for you that ever go to Premier Beverage Service!!!
