The customer representative that entertained my concern was truly accommodating. The technician who came to my house had full knowledge of my dryer that was not turning on. He then checked it out and made the best solution. He carefully explained to me what happened. It was a tremendous effort exerted by him. I truly recognized the quality of work of this company.
