Poor shipping/processing turnaround. I ordered grips for my daughter - a competitive gymnast. We needed the grips in a timely fashion. As the website said "Most orders are shipped next day..." I ordered them Sunday morning (paying nearly $30.00 for the shipping alone) thinking we should get them no later than Wednesday. It is now Friday and they were just shipped. Needless to say I am not happy. In addition, I had to call to gt that information.
