This alone will tell you enough about this place to stay far, far away. My daughter was scheduled to get married but some unforeseen circumstances occurred so we had to cancel and we knew we were going to lose the total payment because they do not offer refunds. Fair enough, however, we gave them a months notice so as it came closer to the date, I called and asked them to allow us to get the cake that was included. (We were going to use it for our other daughters birthday party). I was told no and when I asked why, she said they were losing money on this because they would normally schedule higher priced packages for that date so she lost money. Plus she had to still pay everyone and for everything, with a months notice she paid for the cake and if that's true, which I doubt, then why would she not allow us to get the cake. I pleaded "please just a cake for $3,000". She said NO.... Enough said!
