I took my laptop to MDofPC Doctor of Computers about 3 days ago due to slow connectivity, frozen screens, and loud grinding noises from my hard drive. The computer is now lightning fast and NO freezing, plus they installed an excellent virus protection software which is also very quick and is set up to provide continuous monitoring. The guys are easy to get in touch with, the technician even sent a text message to me about the amount that it would cost to fix my computer (very reasonable) and the approximate time of completion. The only advice I would give to the guys is that if there are going to be any delays in the estimated time, then please call or text the customer instead of the customer having to call to find out what's happening. Even though I had to text him about the delay, he was very patient, courteous and apologetic. I appreciate that and my husband and I will definitely, Lord willing, use MDofPC Doctor of Computers again and recommend them to friends and family members.
