Two days talking to management about covid safe care for immune compromised patient. Sweet and helpful, full assurances of all we needed for safety. On arrival, covey of unmasked snotty, eye-rolling, smirking, nasty desk staff demanded filling-out entire new medical history because “they didn’t understand our medical condition”. If they were “concerned for our safety” they could have worn masks. If they were concerned for THEIR safety they could have worn masks.
All they wanted to do was stress and make unwelcome the patient that asked politely – and was assured by management – that their safety would be protected – by protocols standard for such patients. Totally undermined their boss. What a pit of lipstick-wearing snakes – should shoot the next “mean girls” movie there.
