I took my Dyson there for service and he charged me without my per authorization to remove a clog when I was taking it there for another warranty issue. To top it off he could not explain where the clog was and on my invoice the charge was for cleaning my filter. What a scam. I called Dyson customer service to work on a refund. It was only $25 but hey I would not just fix your car at a shop without a pre authorization especially for another issue that is a warranty claim. I then asked can I talk to Dyson? Which he stated "sure but I need to be paid". Well that sums it up it was his excuse to get money out of me. Steer clear of this place. I know I will never walk in their door again.
