The process it self went very well. Marcus was great, he worked hard and overall did a wonderful job. However, Macus left the window open and morning dew came in and caused problems with the final finish. He also left a large mark at the top of the stairs where he let his mop sit with chemicals on it. We called Stan, the owner, who sent Macus back out. He did a great job in the dining room, but could not repair the hall without refinishing upstairs. Stan refused to resolve the issue and fix the hall. He said we were being unreasonable expecting him to finish their mistake and if we wanted to pay an additional $2,000 they would fix their mistake.
Marcus is a hard working, Stan is disrespectful and not very honest with customers. When they make mistakes, they will not fix them, even the first mistake he made us pay for the supplies to repair the damage. Would not recommend using this company.
