Having recently moved to the area it's hard to know who to reach out to for services. Thankfully I found A Nu-Look Cleaning & Restoration through the recommendation of another local company. I was impressed with the personable demeanor and professionalism of Thor who stopped in to help with our dryer venting. He actually came early and called ahead of time to see if he could stop in before the scheduled time. Thor had to come back a couple of times to investigate and resolve a challenging venting problem. He always stayed in touch to confirm when he'd arrive. I felt that he used the time well when he was here and he ultimately came up with an affordable resolve. As he mentioned originally, the work was guaranteed so there were no additional charges other than for a $15 part. He was thorough, efficient, explained what the issues were and fixed the problem in a timely manner. He also recommended that I have the venting checked and cleaned out every six months for a $20 follow up fee which seems very reasonable. I wish every company provided such outstanding service. I'm impressed with how Thor represents A Nu-Look and how he treats his customers. I can confidently recommend A Nu-Look to anyone and am also thrilled to know that they offer additional services including help with flooring needs. I will definitely reach out to them for future projects.
