After a little over 40 days at Insight Behavioral Health, I am now proud to say that I am happily sober. This was more than 3 months ago. They gave me what I needed to believe in myself and rise above my problem... I wasn't even a person. I was not happy. I was not myself. Now, I am totally different. I think and act differently. I have self-control. I can say no. This is all with the help of Insight. The program is incredible.
