WE WILL NEVER PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE! After exhaustive research, my husband and I found exactly the vehicle we were looking for. I called at 2:04PM (according to my phone), explained that we were driving all the way from San Jose, and that it would take us quite a while to get there, especially if there was any traffic. The girl I talked to assured me that they would hold the car for two hours. We left home immediately, drove about SEVENTY MILES, and arrived on the lot at just about 3:15PM. We found the car we wanted, and spent about fifteen minutes looking it over (nobody ever came out of the office to even greet us). When I entered the office at about 3:30PM to ask for the keys, I was told that THEY HAD SOLD THE CAR HALF AN HOUR AGO. I asked the girl from the phone how they could have sold the car when she had very clearly agreed to hold it for us. She hemmed and hawed, muttered some things about how she had said "an hour and a half-" which she definitely did not say, but I pointed out that it didn't matter anyway, because it was just then an hour and a half later, and we had already been standing there with the vehicle in question for fifteen minutes. Meaning that they had promised to hold the car for two hours, but actually sold it out from under us after just one hour - wasting our time, money and gas driving A HUNDRED AND FORTY MILES just to get screwed over.
