The professional repairman called before arriving. He's prompt and communicating with me nicely. I thanked him for doing a furnace repair excellently. I was very fortunate of having him for he's the only one who had a successful repair on my unit. The problems were solved within an hour only and the quality was good. It was functioning back to normal. I'll return the next time!
