I was extremely happy that the customer service had time to listen to me and answered my request immediately. The assigned technician was Sam. He knew the appropriate procedure of the repair, thus the other parts adjacent to the most affected one were fixed as well the same day. It has the best quality of the repair. So thankful for his help and also thankful for the prices offered. It was suited to my budget. I would certainly recommend this company for HVAC air conditioning service needs.
