John arrived within about 20-25 minutes from my call to open the lock. He was very professional and gave me some information on the type of lock that I had. His prices are very fair and he clearly is concerned about providing the customer with excellent service. I just moved into the home and had been thinking about changing the locks. I will be having this company provide that service and will keep the company name and number in my contact list should I ever need the company's services again. Being locked out of your home could be a very negative experience. Thanks to John’s prompt and fairly priced service I have a good story to tell.
