I had the best time at this hotel. The staff is very accommodating even they are so busy. Everyone's so friendly with big smile on their faces the whole time. I am astounded by their quality service and professionalism shown to me during my stay there. You always greeted with a smile and asked politely if you need assistance with anything. Great company! They were the only company that responded quickly to my request for my heating air conditioning repair needs. I was able to get a schedule the same day, where the technician arrived on time. I was surprised to see such good customer service from him. If you're reading this, chances are you're already waiting in line or thinking about getting in the line to see if it's worth the hype (it is). Do yourself a favor and check their twitter account. They update with the wait time hourly (like a Disneyland ride). If you can get off work or school, the best times to go are probably Monday-Thursday around 2pm-4pm when the line is somewhere between 30-40 minutes.
