Our old fridge was leaking a significant amount of water and I had to call professional help from Appliance Repair Sherman Oaks. Their technician quickly identified the problem with the drain tube. He sealed the damaged part of the tube but he mentioned that in case the same thing occurs again, the drain tube has to be replaced. I admire his honesty and competence. Two thumbs up!
