Steam Lux provided a quote over the phone (including a flat-fee option for cleaning a red stain), arrived on time, and used new looking equipment to clean our carpets. What I thought were permanent stains, were all removed and the carpet now matches the carpet in the closet areas. As far as the red area, the tech tested the area, applied products, and carefully removed the red stain.
Upon finishing he simply asked for payment as discussed on the phone. No extras, no hidden charges, amazing!
After I paid, we had a short conversation where I learned the tech was also the owner, had earned a bachelors degree and studied chemistry -- he truly enjoyed his work and was obviously good at it. This is the type of experience everyone should have!!!
