The sales rep, Cassandra, was so helpful in explaining everything and taking the time to answer all of my questions. Joy Moving And Storage moved me to my new place in AZ from CAwithout any errors, any delay or any other unwanted circumstances. The movers themselves, led by Derrick were dressed neatly in uniform and extremely polite. I could tell this wasn't their first time as they literally flew around my home packing and wrapping everything. All the movers were young and strong enough to hoist heavy items spontaneously. They left with a warm goodbye and 6 days later I received a call from their operations department that my delivery would be there within 36 hours. Not a single damage done to any of my belongings completed the entire move a lot earlier than the estimated time and charged the same amount mentioned in the initial quote. There was nothing more I could have asked for. Thank you! I would use them again in a heartbeat.
