Recently my boyfriend proposed to me and we’re getting married next September. Since then, I have been determined to make sure I get back into shape. I went to (Your Company Name) and they assigned me an Ideal Protein Protocol diet. Initially I didn’t know what it was but went along with it anyway. The course includes four phases and requires an increase in protein for diet which helps the body directly burn fat. I’ve been on phase one for a month now and honestly it has helped tremendously. I eat three protein meals a day along with raw vegetables and lettuce whenever I get hungry. I also work out for an hour in the evening. Honestly the new Ideal Protein diet has helped me lose around 10 pounds in weight already and it feels so good. I’ve said goodbye to all junk foods, fast foods, starch, and sugar. Needless to say I already feel a major boost in my energy levels. My metabolism rate is high. My body is beginning to look more and more like the ideal body I would aspire towards. I now feel fitter, happier, and more confident about myself. It’s amazing the amount of good changes a carefully portioned high protein diet and good, consistent exercise can make in your life.
