Food: Due to its reputation, I ordered the Medium Sando like a pus the first time that I came. I did not find it nearly spicy enough, though it was an incredibly good chicken sandwich. The seasoning is extremely unique as this was my first hot chicken experience. After failing on my first attempt, my second attempt a few months later started with me trying to order the X-Hot Sando in which the cashier responded with "Are you sure about that?", which caught me of guard. I should have listened to my them, but there was no way I was going to not push the limits the second go around so I stuck with my decision. They proceeded to provide me with surgical gloves, and that's when I knew I must have made a mistake. Do keep in mind, I also ordered 3 Hot Chicken Tenders. Again, INCREDIBLE flavor, but that X-Hot was no joke!!! I got about half way through before my throat was going to explode from the spiciness. The great thing about the experience and the service that came with it, one of the managers that saw me struggling provided me with an incredible waffle w/ syrup (best waffle I've ever had, so crispyyyy), milk, and some of their limited edition banana pudding. All for free. Incredible service. Oh yea, the peach tea slaps!
