This is the worse Customer Service and non- professionalism i have ever seen or dealt with.

They have not delivered on any of their promises. I have gone through various workers just to get an answer and never or not once shown any of their skillsets in doing the Job i hired them for.
. i paid 1000 for a job and they stated i will only get 400 dollars in a refund.
These are scammers and thieves and if you copy and paste their policy you can see it was either copied and pasted then re-written or written by hand because the autocorrect found so many discrepancies within their so-called policy which they set up in the beginning to steal your money..

I will report them to the better business bureau and file a fraud claim against them. Beware of this company
