This is regarding the above review.... I do admit I made a mistake and baked a round not a square cake like the picture they had picked out. I offered to make some cupcake to make up for the fewer servings. They were rude and in the background I could hear men cussing and threatening me in the background. I told them there was nothing else I could do but refund them some money for the difference which I did do. Then I get a nasty email from them saying they wanted a full refund because the cake melted. As soon as I saw the picture I knew what had happened, when their family picked up the hot it was extremely HOT over 100 they put it in the very back of a packed van. I told them it needed to be kept cool. Well it was close to a 2 hour drive to where they were going and I could tell they stopped other places and left the cake in the car and it melted. Not my fault I did what was right refunded them 50.00 and offered to make some cupcakes but as for the cake melting it was totally on them. As for my house it is not dirty! I built a room on my house and it is inspected by the health department my last inspection I received a perfect score!
