They're pleasant and handled in a way that made us feel like a valued customer. The service cost was also reasonable. I was delighted that my hired technician came out so early and expertly fixed my range burners that were not working. He had the needed parts with him and fixed the problems after 2 hours. It was a good service. I have no doubt where I will be calling the next time.

This was the best stay I have ever had, couldn't have wished anything different. So clean, bright and tranquil. The lake view is breathtaking and waiting for you at almost every window. Lovely property and professional, gracious hosts. I would take this over any Hotel. Thank you to the lovely staff who helped us and accommodated our requests. Highly recommended!

I have been staying at this hotel for business at least once a month. It is an excellent hotel with great staff. My favorite is Sofia at the front desk. She has an amazing memory, and it is very nice that she remembers my name each time I visit. Her smile and warm personality set the tone for my visit each time. The rooms are of the highest quality, and everything is always in place. I strongly recommend this hotel!
