- We require at least 14 days notice, should you need to change or cancel your reservation. A service fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card for any change or cancellation. Additionally, if you must cancel within 14 days of your reserved arrival date, the full reservation will be charged if we are unable to fill the room for an equal stay. This period is extended to 21 days during holidays & foliage season, and for bookings of 3 or more rooms.
