Xchange of America, Inc. was founded in December of 2007’ by Robert M. Hoffman, Jr. our current Chairman, President and CEO. We have taken the slow and methodical approach to growth being we were launched in the middle of the worst financial crisis in American history (2008’) and survived. This alone stands out as a testament to our organization.
