Actually, I wasn't expecting that customer service would be able to answer my request. It only took a minute when the technician arrived. The technician was really an expert to handle the repair on our range burners that were not working. He could carry out the problem easier. It was completely fixed within an hour. We did test it and it was working well again! Superb!
