We are a real estate investment firm that purchases and remodels properties in Texas and Colorado. We purchase homes in need of repairs from owners’ who may need to sell quickly, or want to avoid paying costly repairs. We remodel these properties in order to make them habitable again. The seller is able to sell without paying any agent commissions or closing costs.
