Attorney Jeffery S. Whalley is a graduate from Charles Wright Academy. Jeff obtained his undergraduate degree from Utica College in Utica, New York where he was a member of the ECAC All-Academic Team from 2001-2003. Jeff completed law school and a master’s degree in Sports Administration and Leadership at Seattle University.
