Company description
Jeffery S. Whalley was born and raised in Tacoma Washington. A graduate from Charles Wright Academy, Jeff obtained his undergraduate degree from Utica College in Utica, New York where he was a member of the Men's Varsity Hockey Team and named a member of the ECAC All-Academic Team from 2001-2003. Jeff completed law school along with a master's degree in Sports Administration and Leadership at Seattle University.
