William R. Weise has been representing people facing criminal charges in Michigan since 1994. He has vast experience in every type of criminal case including juvenile, misdemeanors, and felonies. William has litigation experience at both State and Federal levels. William has practiced in virtually every county in the state of Michigan during his career. During his over twenty years as a criminal defense attorney, William has litigated everything from traffic cases to murder charges. William is a problem solver using creative techniques and negotiating skills to help his clients achieve the best possible results.
A native of Saginaw, William attended Alma College and Cooley Law School. In addition to the practice of law, he has served as an adjunct professor of Criminal Law at Marygrove College in Detroit. He has also served on the City of Grand Ledge Water Appeal Board (Mayoral Appointment) and the Eaton County Boundary Commission (Judicial Appointment). William resides with his wife and children in Zeeland, Michigan.
William's legal career began in 1994 when he served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas S. Eveland. Mr. Weise has trial experience with the latest evidentiary technologies including DNA, ballistics, cell phone triangulation, and other tracking technology.
