David is a hands down, amazing professional repairman. The best. He drove out of his normal service area to help us. He fixed our dryer after our ridiculous home warranty service told us it would be too hard, and he took a step further cleaning it out, and cleaned our washer too. His honesty was a welcome relief to every other service man that has ever visited our home. Thank goodness for David!!!! Don't even think about calling anyone else if you need a repair--call him and nobody else!

David, the washer and dryer repair guru took care of our Whirlpool Thin-Twin. It would not drain, I spoke to a few service companies, and no one would give me a straight answer. David was upfront and clear about the issue. He replaced the lid-switch, the machine is now working great. Thank you for doing such a good job.

Highly professional, asked for details about what was not working properly, then informed me that they would have to order a part, requested the model number of machine to make sure they got correct part, projected accurately how long it would take before they received the part. Came when promised and installed the new part efficiently. Extremely friendly and professional.

I had a great experience with your company. I have a rental house where th dryer knob was broken. My tenant was not able to turn on the dryer! She has a new baby and needed to use the dryer asap! I called and spoke to David who came out as promised the same day and was able to replace the broken knob and readjust the dryer to vent better! I would highly recommend this repair service to everyone!

The Guru is a great name for this local business. They performed exceptional work in our home. Our Kenmore Washer was acting up and they were able to resolve the problem in short order. Professional and polite this is a great company. Give them a call when your machine breaks done.
