VPC believes in the Green Movement and is committed to building sustainably through the energy star, LEED, and NC Healthy Built Homes programs. The owner is a Licensed Unlimited General Contractor and Realtor with Vincent Properties, and is also an alumni of Appalachian State University. Matt Vincent is a member of the Cambridge Who's Who Registry, the NAHB, the HCHBA, NCAR, NAR, and the Boone Chamber of Commerce. He enjoys hiking, mountain biking, selling real estate, building homes, skiing on Appalachian, Beech, and Sugar Mountains, and exploring the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Regions of North Carolina. Our Company builds homes and completes renovations and developments in all of the Western part of North Carolina.
