In the event that your plans change and your reservations are altered, or cancelled and you notify us more than ten days in advance of your arrival date the following applies: a $35.00 per room / per night cancellation fee will be deducted from your returned deposit. Cancellation or altering notice of your reservations in less than ten days prior to your arrival date will result in complete reservation fee forfeiture. Block Reservations of three (3) rooms or more, reserved to one name, will be charged in full, a completely non-refundable deposit for the entire lodging reservation total.
Deposit
A deposit equal to the rate of one night's accommodations, or one half of the total reservation (which ever is greater) is required to confirm a reservation at the Victorian Villa Inn.
